When will you ship my order?
Since our product is made with the highest quality, effective plant based ingredients, just know that good things take time if we are on backorder, especially around the holiday season. Any product that is in-stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
How will your ship my order?
We ship via USPS.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
How will your ship my order if I’m outside the U.S.?
We ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment have been received. We will then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information. If for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at email@example.com
What about returns?
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or for other concerns, please email us with details at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of your package. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
We take great pride in our product and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Our product is natural, plant based and of the highest quality which means longer lead times at times. Therefore returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction, manufacturing backlog or shipping delays out of our control will not be honored. If for any reason (other than the ones mentioned above) you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt and give us the opportunity to make it right at email@example.com.
If you have an unopened product that you would like to return or exchange, please return it to us within 15 days of purchase at the address below. Once your unopened, untainted items have been received, we will either ship out a replacement product (less shipping )or issue a refund, less any applicable fees. Please consider that there will be no refund, return or exchange after 15 days from the date of purchase, or if the product is returned opened, appears tainted or used (regardless if within the 15 day limit due to public safety concerns). Regarding any bottles that have been cracked or broken during shipping to you: Items are shipped in the best packaging possible to prevent it from breaking or being damaged. Please notify us as soon as possible that your item(s) have been damaged within 5 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement, less shipping costs. There will be no refunds due to items being cracked or broken during shipping, which is out of our control. Please ensure to have your shipping label and or order confirmation information handy to help expedite the claim for your replacement.
